Auto interview scheduling by candidates

Overview

With the ATS Plus, candidates will be able to schedule interviews themselves based on the interviewer's availability.

Please note that this feature is only available for Google users. In order for this option to be enabled, you will first need to set up the Google Calendar API key on your Talexio ATS account by following these steps. You will also need to set up Room Locations in Google and Talexio ATS.

How to schedule

      1. Go to the relevant candidate profile and click on the Interviews tab.
      2. Click on the "Create interview" button.
      3. If you have the relevant integration in place, you should see a new toggle "Allow candidate to choose date & time".
      4. Within the email template you will also have the link automatically included for the candidate to select the date and time.
      5. Clicking on the link will redirect the candidate to the interviewer's calendar, where they can view the slots available for an interview:
      6. The candidate can select their desired date and time and click on Schedule Meeting:
      7. The interview has now been set up, and you can view this in your personal calendar.

Expired link

The link inviting you to set up an interview will expire a couple of days after being sent. In such case, if you click on the link, you will be prompted with the below: 

In such a scenario, you may get in touch with the interviewer by clicking on the email address highlighted.
