Adding Widgets

There exist three types of widgets: Applications, Applicant funnel, and Talent Acquisition Metrics.

To add Widgets, go to your dashboard on ATS plus and click on Add Widgets or Manage Widgets:

From here, you will be able to add/remove a widget to your dashboard:

You can also edit the layout to your liking by clicking on Edit Layout:

But what does each Widget show you?

• This widget allows you to monitor pending vacancy applications by selecting which statuses you'd like to track. This widget provides total counts, filter options, and direct action links for efficient management.

  
  Hovering over the applicant funnel will show you the below:
  
  

• This widget allows you to streamline your recruitment process with an intuitive funnel. Effortlessly track candidate progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth journey from application to appointment. The chart often resembles a funnel, with a wide top representing the total number of applicants and progressively narrower sections showing how many candidates move through each stage. However, this depends on how the funnel is set up. It is possible to have wider sections further down in the funnel, like the below example:

  

• This widget allows you to track your hiring performance with comprehensive metrics. You may also monitor key indicators like interview counts, new hires, candidate success rates to optimise your recruitment strategy.
