ATS Dashboard Widgets

Overview

The Talexio ATS Dashboard provides an intuitive overview of your recruitment operations through customisable widgets. These widgets allow users to quickly create records, track active vacancies, monitor candidate applications, review key performance metrics, and analyse overall hiring funnels directly from their dashboard interface.

Managing Your Dashboard Widgets

To customise your dashboard layout and manage recruitment widgets, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Dashboard section from the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Click on the Manage Widgets button in the top-right corner of the dashboard page.
In the Add widgets side panel, choose the desired widgets by adding them to your view.
Toggle the Edit layout switch in the upper header to reorder, add, or customise widget positions as required.

Available Dashboard Widgets

Perform key recruitment actions directly from your dashboard using the central greeting widget. Click on the + Create dropdown button to immediately add new entities, including:
- Vacancy: Create and publish new job openings.
- Candidate: Add a new applicant record into your talent pipeline.
- Company: Register a new client or internal entity record.
- Interview: Schedule a new interview for candidates.
- Meeting: Set up internal or external recruitment meetings.
Monitor pending vacancy applications by selecting which application statuses you would like to track. This widget provides total counts, filter options (such as Vacancy leader and Application status), and direct action links for efficient management.
View a quick list of your vacancies, including the vacancy status, publishing status, and total number of applications received. You can filter the view by Vacancy leader, Vacancy status, and Publishing status.
Streamline your recruitment process with an intuitive visual funnel. Effortlessly track candidate progress (e.g., candidates In interviews vs. Appointed), identify bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth journey from initial application to appointment. Includes filters for date range (e.g., Last 12 months), Leader, and Vacancy.
Track key historical performance metrics for your hiring processes over a selected timeframe. Available metrics include:
- Interview Report Count: Total number of interview reports completed and percentage comparison to the previous period.
- New Hires: Total count of new hires made.
- Time to Close Vacancy: Average number of days required to close a vacancy.
- Time to Hire: Average days taken from candidate application to hire.
- Time to Fill: Average days required to fill an open position.
- Vacancy Success Rate: Percentage of successful vacancies.
- Candidate Success Rate: Percentage of successful candidate placements.
View real-time snapshots of active vacancy indicators, including key metrics such as:
- New Applications: Real-time count of newly submitted applications.
- Published Vacancies: Total count of currently published job openings.
- Unpublished Vacancies: Total count of unpublished vacancies.
