Adding a Vacancy Status
Instead of simply using 'Open' and 'Closed' as vacancy statuses, you can introduce a broader range of status options to provide a more detailed overview of the hiring process. By incorporating additional stages such as 'Interviewing,' 'Shortlisting Questions,' or 'Appointed,' you can more accurately track the progression of each vacancy.
To do so:
- Click on the Settings section ⚙️
- Under ATS Configuration, click on Vacancy Statuses
- Click on Add Status and fill in the necessary details ✍️
Editing a Vacancy Status
To edit a vacancy:
- Click on the Settings section ⚙️Click on the Settings section ⚙️
- Under ATS Configuration, click on Vacancy Statuses
- Click on the edit icon next to the vacancy status you wish to change ✏️
Deleting a Vacancy Status
To delete a vacancy:
- Click on the Settings section ⚙️Click on the Settings section ⚙️
- Under ATS Configuration, click on Vacancy Statuses
- Click on the bin icon next to the vacancy status you wish to delete 🗑️
