The following articles describe the step-by-step process of creating and editing a candidate.
Creating a Candidate
There may be situations where a candidate does not apply directly for the vacancy but instead sends their information to the company. In such cases, the candidate’s profile does not yet exist and will need to be created on Talexio.
To create a candidate, you will need to:
- Go to the Candidates Section
- Click on the “Create Candidate” button
- Upload the CV 📄(optional, but recommended). If you upload the CV, data can be extracted to automatically populate the candidate's information.
- Click "Save & Continue" 💾 (or skip this step if you prefer)
- Fill in the necessary details for the candidate.✍️
- Click “Create Candidate”
Once a candidate profile is created, an email is sent to the candidate notifying them that a profile has been set up using their information.
Adding and Editing Details
To add or edit a candidate’s details:
- Go to the Candidates Section
- Click on the respective candidate
- Select “Candidate Details”
- Click the pencil icon next to the section you want to update or add information to ✏️
- Click “Save and Update” to save your changes 💾
