Changes to Bank of Valletta SEPA Payment Files: The bank has indicated that the update will be necessary around September or October. However, the exact date will be communicated later. Rest assured, we will ensure full compliance with the bank’s regulations when the time comes. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

• • You can now enter and display text across multiple lines in the job description within the employee position history. Previously, all text appeared on a single line.
  • If an employee has both a full time and a part time within two business units, the employee dashboard now displays both full-time and part-time roles.
  • We've simplified and enhanced the checklist creation process with clearer visuals for a smoother experience.
• • We've updated the training module to allow links to be hyperlinked as 'Online' instead of displaying the full URL, creating a cleaner and more streamlined appearance.
  • You can now view session duration in hours and minutes, instead of the previous decimal format.
  • A new 'Related Documents' column has been added to the "Course" report, showing the number of employee documents linked to the course.
• • We’ve now added Fyorin as a new bank option for payroll processing. Click the article to learn how to set up your company's bank account!
• • When creating shifts, you now have the option to switch the shift type to Off or Rest day directly from the shift dialog. Click on the following article to find out how to generate shifts!
  • When generating the 'Working Schedule Report,' you can now download the report based on the work location included in the schedule, rather than only by the employee as before.
  • You can now select multiple locations when filtering by 'Work Location' in the work schedule, allowing you to view rosters across different locations at once.
  • A global personalised rotation template can now be selected within the employee's position, eliminating the need to create a rotation pattern for each employee."
• • We’ve now added the option to add emojis to your vacancy text to make your job postings more engaging and eye-catching.
