Overview
Using Talexio, you can pay your employees using an automatically generated payment file which the payroll officer will send for processing. This file includes instructions on each payment, including the beneficiary (employee) details and also the amount to pay them.
When adding the Company Bank Account on Talexio, there are certain requirements that need to be filled in in order for the system to generate a payment file.
Below is the list of steps required to Add and Generate such information for Fyorin.
Permissions
To set up, you will require the Manage Client Settings and Manage Payroll permissions. You also require a subset of permissions in order to generate the employee report. These are Manage Employee Personal Details, Manage Employee Payroll Details and Manage Custom Fields.
Setting up your Fyorin Account on Talexio
Step 1:
Go to the Settings section, click on the Payroll tab, and click on Manage Bank Accounts.
Step 2:
Click on + New Bank Account.
Step 3:
In the dialog box that opens, you will need to complete your Bank Account details which are: Unique Client ID and Business Owner Email. You can also set the bank as default as you may have multiple accounts added.
Click Create and the account will be added to Talexio.

Setting up your Employee Report to Generate Payments
Overview
A custom employee report is required in order to submit employee payments. This data is added via multiple default and custom fields which can be added through Talexio directly in the employees profile.
All custom fields required should be setup as text fields and linked to the employee details form.
Required Fields for the Custom Employee Report
- Employee Code Default field
- First Name Default field
- Last Name Default field
- Personal Email Address Default field
- IBAN Default field
- BENIFICIARY_COUNTRY Custom field
- BANK_HOLDER_NAME Custom field
- BANK_COUNTRY Custom field
- CURRENCY Custom field
Step 1:
Add the above details to the employee profiles.
Step 2:
Go to the People page and click on Reports > + Generate a New Report.
Step 3:
Add the required columns that are needed by Fyorin.
Note: This would need to be reissued and reuploaded when new employees join the company.
Step 4:
Save the report template for easy access. You can find out more on report templates here.

Generate your report from Report Templates and Upload it to Fyorin's platform.
