Overview
Employees have access to two calendars with different purposes. The Main Calendar shows events like birthdays, leave, training, and other key team dates. The Leave Calendar provides a monthly view of colleague leave, helping with planning and offering a simple way to track time off.
Your account has been created by a System Administrator within your company. These System Administrators are your first point of contact when you have questions about the system.

Accessing your Main Calendar
You can get to your Main Calendar in two ways: either from your Dashboard or by clicking the Calendar tab on the left-hand menu. Below are the steps on how to access both calendars:

- When logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard page by default. Here you will have a summarised view of the calendar for the next 2 days. If you are not on the dashboard page, click on the Dashboard module from the main menu.
- Select either Week View or Calendar View
- Week View shows a summarised version of your leave, sessions, and events for the week.
- Calendar View redirects you to the main calendar page with full visibility of the current month.
- In Calendar View, you can:
- Switch between Monthly and Yearly views
- Apply filters to customise what is displayed

- From the page you are currently on, click on the Calendar tab located on the left-hand side menu.
- You will be redirected to the main Calendar page. Here, you can:
- Switch between Monthly and Yearly views
- Use filters to control which events are visible (e.g., leave, sessions, or other activities)
- Filter by departments and employees
Accessing your Leave Calendar
Similar to the Main Calendar, the Leave Calendar can be accessed in two ways: either from your Dashboard or via the Leave module in the left-hand menu. Below are the steps for accessing both calendar views:

- From your Dashboard, click on "Browse All Leave" in the Leave pod.
- You’ll be redirected to the Leave Schedule tab, where your upcoming leave is shown in a list view.
- To see your leave in a more visual format, switch to the Calendar View.
- By default, the calendar displays only your leave. You can remove this filter to view leave for:
- Other employees
- Specific departments
- Job positions
- From your Dashboard, click on "Browse All Leave" in the Leave pod.

- Click on the Leave module in the left-hand menu.
- You will be redirected to the Leave Schedule, which shows all leave booked for the current month.
- To view only your leave, apply a filter for your name.
- From this page, you can also:
- Switch to List View
- Filter leave by departments
- Filter leave by positions
- Filter leave by leave types
- Click on the Leave module in the left-hand menu.
