Overview
To ensure a smooth experience when downloading your FS5 document from the system, it is important to enable pop-ups in your browser. This is because the FS5 is generated and downloaded in a new browser tab or window. If pop-ups are blocked, the file will not be downloaded successfully.
Permissions
You need to ensure that you have the Manage payroll permission and the Generate employee FSS documents permission to generate the FS5. There are no permissions in Talexio that influence the pop-ups. This is a setting in the browser.
How to enable pop-ups
To enable pop-ups for FS5 downloads, follow the steps below depending on your browser:
Google Chrome
- When you click "Download FS5", look for a small icon in the address bar that indicates a pop-up was blocked.
- Click the icon.
- Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [your site]".
- Click Done, then try downloading the FS5 again.
Microsoft Edge
- After clicking "Download FS5", if a pop-up is blocked, you’ll see a notification in the address bar.
- Click it and choose "Always allow".
- Reload the page if necessary, and download the FS5 again.
Safari (macOS)
- Go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
- Select the Websites tab.
- Choose Pop-up Windows from the sidebar.
- Find your site in the list and select Allow from the dropdown.
