Overview
As an ATS user, there are two types of user roles available: Admin and Line Manager.
An Admin has full access to all vacancies, candidate information, interview details, and can perform any necessary actions within the system.
A Line Manager, on the other hand, has restricted access and can only view limited information related to vacancies, candidates, and notes.
This article outlines the specific permissions granted to each user type.
The Difference between Read, Write and None Permissions
Permissions define the level of access a user has to specific information or features. Each permission can be assigned one of three accessibility levels: Read, Write, or None. Only one level can be applied to a permission at any given time.
Read: This level allows users to view information without the ability to make any changes. Users with Read access cannot create, edit, or delete content—they can only see what is already there.
Write: This level grants full access to the information. Users with write permissions can view, add, edit, and delete content as needed.
None: This means that a user will not be able to add or have visibility over the information.
Kindly note that the following permissions are no longer in use: View Candidate Salary, Company Forward Applications, Users and Reminders
