- 📊 Performance Objectives & Competencies can now be uploaded in bulk.
- 🏖️ Clearer visibility of changes when a user is making a change to an already booked leave record.
- 👨🏫 Improved layout to the Training Attendance Sheet export.
- Managing Performance just got easier! You can now bulk upload Objectives and Competencies in the Performance module, saving you time.
- When a user requests a change to one of their existing leave requests, the change requests screen will now correctly display the original dates of the leave being changed in the 'from' column, providing more clarity to the leave approver.
- When re-publishing a vacancy on jobsinmalta.com, Talexio will now allow you to change the Vacancy Status to Open. Doing so ensures that the vacancy is moderated and can then be advertised.
- The Attendance Sheet export now includes a column showing the employee code of the employee who attended the course session. Along with this, we have made the font size bigger, making it easier to read.
- With the latest release, employee codes including dashes were introduced as a format which is accepted by Talexio. Due to this update, bulk import templates which were downloaded from Talexio prior to this release will generate an error upon upload. Recommendation: It is being recommended that fresh import templates are downloaded from Talexio to cater for this new format of employee code.
- Should you need to use any of your previously used bulk import templates, which include the employee code as a column within this template, kindly contact support@talexio.com for a workaround to be provided.
