- 🙍♂️ You can now upload work codes in bulk through the Onboarding Assistant Wizard, with hourly rates automatically saved to employee position history.
- 🏖️When leave is booked on behalf of an employee, both the employee and the requester now receive an email confirmation.
- 🙍♂️ Two new GDPR data categories and more granular Termination Types.
- Users can now bulk upload Work Codes to employee records. This enhancement supports assigning multiple Work Codes per employee, streamlining large-scale data updates, and improving flexibility in workforce tracking.
- Several new termination types have been added to employee position histories, allowing you to more accurately capture the reason for termination.
- "Personal Health Information" and "Health & Safety" have been added as 2 new document categories. This allows you to better organise and manage sensitive documents in a more structured way.
- Employee documents remain accessible even after termination, ensuring important records are always available. This will allow users with existing permissions to retain the same level of access.
- When leave is booked on behalf of an employee, both the employee and the requester will now receive an email confirmation, helping to ensure visibility and traceability of leave records.
