Overview
The Insights Snapshot Report gives a quick, high-level view of key business and workforce metrics based on the previous month. It’s designed to help decision-makers easily spot performance trends and changes, delivering the same data from your Insights Dashboards, but automatically to your inbox without having to dive into detailed dashboards or reports.
Enabling the report
To receive the monthly insights snapshot report, enable it in Settings > Client Settings > Email > Enable Insights Snapshot Report.
Permissions
To receive the monthly snapshot insights report, users require the following permissions to be set on global;

View insights

View salary & benefits
Data included
The report contains the following metrics from the previous month;
- Total head count
- Company median gross salary
- Company Payroll Cost
- Turnover rate
- Growth rate
- Termination count
- New hire count
- A selection of three smart feed items generated in the previous month that may require your attention
