Overview
Checklists help organize tasks for things like onboarding and offboarding employees. You can assign tasks to different people, set deadlines, and ensure nothing is overlooked. Checklists Reports allow you be able to export the data within checklist items.
Reports
Checklists Reports:
To generate a report, follow the steps listed here:
- From the Checklists section, click on Reports and select Checklist Items
- A dialog box will pop up. Here, you will be able to fill in the below fields:
- Date From and Date To: this refers to the date range of checklist items you would like the checklist to contain
- Checklist Templates: here you may choose one or more checklist template names to generate a report for these templates only. Leaving this field blank will give you a report of all templates
- Owners: fill this in to generate a report of checklists with specific owners only. Leaving this blank will give you a report of all templates
- Subjects: fill this in to generate a report of checklists with specific subject persons only. Leaving this blank will give you a report of all templates
- Assignees: fill this in to generate a report of checklists with specific assigned persons only. Leaving this blank will give you a report of all templates
- Press Generate Report to download the report in Excel:
