Overview

Team Voice is a comprehensive, structured survey designed to objectively engage team members and capture their perspectives. The Setup Details is the first step in creating your Team Voice survey, allowing you to customise the survey language, set up survey administrators, and select your industry and company size. 

Permissions

To add the setup details, you must have Manage Survey permissions or be a Survey Admin. Having the Create TeamVoice permission and being the creator of the TeamVoice allows you to add the survey set up details.

Set up Details

The Set up details is made up of 4 main sections which are:

  • Survey Details
  • Company Details
  • Survey Admins
  • Language Settings

 

Survey Details

The Survey Details section contains the title and description of your survey. By default, the title is set to Team Voice and will include the launch month and year, which are specified in the final step of the TeamVoice creation process. Please note that the title cannot be edited.

When creating your Team Voice survey, a description is automatically generated. The survey description serves as an introduction, helping participants understand:

  1. The purpose of the survey
  2. How their feedback will be used to improve the organization

Both the survey name and description will be visible to respondents.

 

Company Details

The Company Details section allows you to specify the industry and company size, enabling you to compare your results with other companies in the same sector. Specifying these details ensures meaningful benchmarking, contextual insights, and actionable comparisons.

Industry (Mandatory):

To select your industry:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu in the industry field.
  2. A list of industries will appear.
  3. Select the industry that best represents your organisation.

 

Company Size (Mandatory):

  • Click on the company size field and enter the total number of employees in your organisation.

 

Survey Admins

The next step is to create survey admins. Survey Administrators are individuals with the privileges to edit surveys, review results, and export data. In order for someone to become a survey administrator, they must have a profile on Talexio and be invited to the system. Multiple survey administrators can be assigned to the same survey.

To add a survey admin: 

  1. Click on the Dropdown
  2. Type in the employee's name and select it from the dropdown
  3. Repeat this for each survey admin

 

Language Settings

By default, every TeamVoice survey is set to English. However, you can add additional languages to your survey. Currently, English and Maltese are available. If you require a different language, please contact our support team to request an additional language option.

To select another language:

  1. Click on the dropdown menu.
  2. A list of available languages will appear.
  3. Click on the language you wish to select.
