Team Voice is our comprehensive, confidential survey designed to capture your honest, objective views, providing the information needed to identify strengths and implement targeted improvements right down to the departmental level. Your participation is the most direct way to ensure your satisfaction and operational issues are understood by leadership and translated into meaningful actions that enhance your work experience.

Your account has been created by a System Administrator within your company. These System Administrators are your first point of contact when you have questions about the system.

Completing a Team Voice Survey

When a Team Voice survey is created by your company, you will receive an email inviting you to participate.

To begin, click on the Fill in the survey button in the email. This will take you to a dedicated survey for you to complete.

 

What can you expect?

Employees are prompted to submit their views on 72 key statements that provide insights on an Organisational, Departmental and Employee level across multiple themes.

The insights gathered through Team Voice are valuable for understanding your overall sentiment and satisfaction, as well as identifying any potential issues at the departmental level.

Talexio takes strong measures to ensure that no identifiable data is shared. However, please note that we cannot control the content of the questions.

The Survey is completed by answering the statements by selecting on the likert scale your agreeability. It is important to read the statements carefully as they can be worded in both a positive and a negative manner. If the statement is misunderstood, then you may answer it inaccurately.
