Overview
When creating a Team Voice survey, you will have added participants to complete the survey. This allows you to identify exactly who will be involved and ensures that each participant is correctly linked to their respective department.
Once the Team Voice Survey has been made active, you can access the survey and manage the participant information from the Participants tab. This article explains what can be found there.
Permissions
To add participants, you must have Manage Survey permissions or be a Survey Admin. Having the Create TeamVoice permission and being the creator of the TeamVoice allows you to add participants as well.
Team Voice Participants
To access the Participants tab, go to the Surveys module and click on the relevant Team Voice survey.
Here, you will find the Participants tab with the Individuals and Departments sections.
Individuals
In the Individuals tab, you will find the details of the employees uploaded during the creation of the Team Voice survey. From this page, you can:
Resend emails individually - When the survey is Active, you can resend the invitation to complete the survey by email by clicking on the Resend email button.
Resend emails in bulk - When the survey is Active, you can resend the invitation to complete the survey by email to multiple participants by ticking the Select All checkbox, or per participant, click on Bulk Actions and then click on Resend Invite.
Edit participant details - When the survey is Published, you can edit the details of the participants uploaded by clicking on the 3 dots and click on Edit Details.
Delete an individual participant - When the survey is Published, you can delete a participant by clicking on the 3 dots and click on Delete participant.
Delete participants in bulk - When the survey is Published, you can delete participants in bulk by ticking the Select All checkbox, or per participant, click on Bulk Actions and then click on Delete participant.
Departments
In the Departments tab, you will find the details of the departments uploaded during the creation of the Team Voice survey. From this page, you can:
Edit the number of employees in a department - Using either the pencil icon on the department row, or the Edit Mode button, you will be allowed to edit the number of employees in the department.
You can then click on the Save button to save changes made.
To support data protection and anonymity, participant names, surnames, and email addresses are automatically deleted 60 days after a survey ends. This automated process applies specifically to clients using TeamVoice as a standalone service.
