Permissions
To download the Standard Reports in the People section, you will need the Insights permission which should be set on Global level.
People Standard Reports
The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.
This article will be explaining details regarding the Headcount reports.
A headcount report is used to track exactly who is employed by the company at any given time and can be used for workforce planning, identify hiring gaps, forecast future budgets, and more.
