Overview

Standard Reports in the People section provide detailed employee data, including both static information and periodic activity evaluations.

Permissions

To download the Standard Reports in the People section, you will need the Insights permission which should be set on Global level.

The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.

This article will be explaining details regarding the Employee Lifecycle reports.

Employee lifecycle reports provide a comprehensive view of a worker’s entire journey within the company. By tracking key milestones such as promotion rates, internal mobility, and tenure, these reports help HR teams evaluate the success of career development programs and employee engagement initiatives. They are primarily used to identify where in the staffing cycle employees are most successful and where they might be stalling, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline from hire to retire.
