People Standard Reports

The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.

Standard Reports can be found in the Reports list in the People section

This article will be explaining details regarding the Remuneration reports.

Remuneration Reports provide a detailed breakdown of the total investment in your workforce. By tracking salaries and benefits, these reports help finance and HR teams ensure pay equity and manage labour costs. They are used for budget allocation, comparing internal pay scales against market benchmarks, and ensuring that remuneration packages remain competitive to drive employee retention.

The table below outlines what different remuneration reports can be downloaded from Talexio and what data is included.
