To download the Standard Reports in the People section, you will need the Insights permission which should be set on Global level.
People Standard Reports
The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.
This article will be explaining details regarding the Performance reports.
Performance Reports track the output and growth of your workforce against specific Objectives or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). By consolidating review scores, objective completion, and feedback cycles, these reports help management identify High-Potential Employees (HiPos) and those needing a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). They are primarily used for succession planning, determining merit-based increases, and ensuring that individual contributions align with the overall strategic objectives of the company.
