The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.

Active Benefits & Salary reports provide a detailed breakdown of an employee’s total compensation package beyond their base pay. By tracking fringe benefits and payroll adjustments, these reports help Finance and HR Teams ensure accurate benefit allocation and tax compliance. They are primarily used to monitor total remuneration, manage additional hourly rates , and verify that deductions and employer contributions are correctly applied across the employees.
