To download the Standard Reports in the People section, you will need the Insights permission which should be set on Global level.
People Standard Reports
The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.

Benefits & Salary reports provide a detailed breakdown of an employee’s total compensation package beyond their base pay. By tracking fringe benefits and payroll adjustments, these reports help Finance and HR Teams ensure accurate benefit allocation and tax compliance. They are primarily used to monitor total remuneration, manage additional hourly rates , and verify that deductions and employer contributions are correctly applied across the employees.
You may generate two types of reports: one is the Fringe Benefits and Adjustments Report, and the second is the Additional hourly rates report. Each of these may downloaded for a specific date range.
