To download the Perks report, you will need the Manage employee employment positions and View salary & benefits permission.
People Standard Reports
The Standard Reports in the People section are reports we have put together that would regularly be needed by HR teams and other members of the business. The data is all taken from the employee data included in Talexio.
This article will be explaining details regarding the Perks reports.
The Perks Report is a report designed to track non-monetary incentives assigned to your employees. Unlike standard benefits or salary line items, the data captured here is independent of payroll and represents the "extra" resources provided to enhance the employee experience.
This report allows management to identify company-funded tools and services that do not carry a direct cash value to the employee’s payslip.
