Overview

Once an employee has completed a course, you can award them the qualification directly through the system. This ensures that records are automatically updated and accurately maintained without the need for manual tracking. The system also provides a clear overview of each employee’s progress, making it easier to monitor development, identify skill gaps, and ensure compliance with required training.

 

Awarding a Qualification

To award a qualification, the employee must have first attended or completed the session. After the session is completed or attendance is recorded, you can:

  1. Go to the Courses tab in the Training Management module and click on the course you need.
  2. From the list of sessions, select the session you want.
  3. Click the three dots next to the employee's name and choose "Award Qualification".
  4. Then, select the details for the qualification.

To award a qualification, the employee must have attended or completed the session first. After the session is completed or the attendance is recorded, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Courses tab in the Training Management module and select the relevant course.
  2. From the list of sessions, choose the session you need.
  3. Check the box next to the employee's name or use the bulk actions checkbox.
  4. A button labeled "Bulk Actions" will appear. Select "Award Qualifications" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the necessary details for the qualification.

If the qualification is already linked to the employee, the award qualification will update the existing qualification details
