Step 8: Launching the Survey

Overview

Once you have configured all aspects of your Team Voice survey, from setup details and departments to translations, you will arrive at the final step: Launch. This page serves as a final verification screen, allowing you to review all your configurations before officially scheduling the survey to go live.

Permissions

To add translations, you must have Manage Survey permissions or be a Survey Admin. Having the Create TeamVoice permission and being the creator of the TeamVoice allows you to launch the survey.

 

Verifying Your Setup

Before proceeding, it is crucial to review the summary provided on the screen to ensure all parameters are correct:

  • Departments: The number of departments included in the survey.
  • Filters: The number of filters applied.
  • Participants: The number of employees currently set to receive the survey.
  • Launch Date & End Date: The specific period during which the survey will be active.
  • Reminders: Whether or not automatic reminders have been configured.
  • Anonymity: Confirmation of your anonymity threshold (e.g., Minimum 3 respondents).
  • Questions: The total count of standard Team Voice questions and any custom questions added.

 

Participant Access

This section outlines how your employees will interact with the survey:

  • Invitations: Currently set to Manual. This means that once the survey is launched, a shareable link will be generated. You will be able to copy this link and distribute it to your team via your preferred communication method.
  • Participant data: Indicates whether participant information is available for reporting purposes.
  • Survey privacy: Confirms the survey is anonymous. Responses are strictly confidential and cannot be linked to individual employees.

 

Next Steps

Once you have reviewed all the information and are satisfied with the configuration:

  1. Click Preview Survey if you wish to see the survey experience from an employee's perspective.
  2. If you need to make changes, you can click Save Draft & Exit to return to the setup at a later time.
  3. If everything is correct, click Save & Schedule Launch to finalise the process and schedule the survey for the dates you have selected.
