Managing Client Access as a Payroll Service Provider

Overview

As a Client Service Provider (CSP), you are responsible for managing access to client accounts for your designated employees. This guide explains how to efficiently grant or revoke access across your entire client network.

Permissions

This process requires specific System Administrator configuration. If the options below are not visible, please contact Talexio Support to enable this feature for your account.

Granting Access

To provide a user with access to all linked client accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the People menu on the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Select the specific user profile you wish to manage.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the top-right of the profile.
  4. Select Add to all [Company Name] accounts.
  5. Specify Access Level: Choose the appropriate Access Level (e.g., "Admin") to be applied across all accounts. The Access Level name must be typed correctly.
  6. Click Confirm. The user profile will be linked to all related CSP accounts immediately.

Once linked, users can switch between accounts using the Change Account dropdown menu at the top of their dashboard.

 

Revoking Access

To remove a user’s access from all accounts (e.g., during offboarding):

  1. Navigate to the People menu and select the user’s profile.
  2. Click the three-dot (Actions) menu and select Revoke from all [Company Name] accounts.
  3. Type the confirmation text (as prompted in the dialogue box).
  4. Click Yes to instantly remove their access across the entire network.
