Overview
Talexio supports dynamic document templates that automatically pull information directly from the system. By using the placeholders listed below, you can automate document generation, ensure data accuracy, and significantly reduce manual data entry tasks.
- Description term
A placeholder is a predefined marker or field inserted into a template document to indicate where dynamic information should appear. When the document is processed, the system recognises each placeholder and automatically retrieves the corresponding data from employee's profile, replacing the placeholder with the correct information.
Template Placeholders
Generic placeholders are universal shortcuts not tied to specific profile details. They handle global system data (like displaying the current date) or dynamic grammar fixes (like swapping pronouns like he/she based on the employee's gender).

Employee placeholders automatically pull personal and contact data directly from the various fields and pods within the Employee Details section of the individual's profile.

Position placeholders automatically pull job-related data (such as job title, salary details, and contract dates) directly from the Position history entries within the employee's profile.

Signatory placeholders pull a combination of personal data (from Employee Details) and job data (from Position History) directly from the profile of the assigned signatory instead of the employee.
Replace the # character at the end of the signee tags with the respective signature index designation sequence tracking ID (e.g., use _1 for your first signee entity, _2 for the second signee, and so on).
