Employees who have a basic level of access will only be able to view and request to edit, data in these categories:

- Emergency Contacts
- Health Conditions
- Residence
- Extra Info
- Upload documents
Employment Data
Employees will also have access to view but not edit (provided permissions are set up correctly), Employment-related data including their own salary.
Leave Data
Employees will be able to:
- Request leave - some employees can be given auto-approve permission for leave request)
- Leave balance - read more about viewing leave balances
- List of days of upcoming leave
