The monthly payroll view shows a list of each employee’s payroll for that month. Validation on the below figures is set. If the data does not meet the required validation, it is highlighted in orange for easier identification:
- Basic hours and Leave Hours - If the employee is on a full time job schedule (40 hours per week, 5 days a week), and the total number of hours (basic hours + leave hours) is less than 173.333 hours, the figure will be highlighted in orange.
- Tax and SSC - If Tax due and SSC figures are zero, the respective figures will be highlighted in orange.
