Users may add bank details to their Talexio profiles if they are to be paid by bank file payment. Such details are added to the employee's profile under the payroll field.

You need to ensure that you have the 'Manage Employee payroll details' permission. You can also do this if you have both 'Manage all employee data' and 'Manage payroll' permissions.
Where do I add bank details?
You will need to go to the People section and search for the desired employee. Click on the employee and go to their details page:
Scroll down to the payroll field until you get to 'Financial details'. To edit a bank account, simply click on and amend the fields. To add an account, click on 'add account':
Scroll down and hit save.
Adding bank details in bulk
If you have lots of employees and want to add their bank details in bulk, you can make use of the onboarding assistant. You will need to download the employees template. From this, input the employee code and financial details (IBAN, BIC, etc..) and upload the sheet. The system will update the employees' details with this information and will not overwrite other data already inputted.
