Which applications are visible to line managers?

    1. Go to Setup > Applications status
    2. Column heading Meaning
      Applications visible by line managers

      Setting a status to “Yes” will show the applications which are in this status, in the vacancy/ies that line manager is linked to. 

      NB - The status Sent to Line Manager needs to be set as “Yes”
      Status available to line managers

      Setting a status to “Yes”, will allow the line manager to use this application status. 

      NB - Typically statuses available for line managers are: Proceed with interview, Not Shortlisted, on Hold
    3. Click on the blue Edit icon and tick or untick the relevant checkboxes to update these settings.
    4. Settings are updated for all line managers (one-for-all).
