Setting default assignees to checklist templates

When creating a checklist template, you may set a default assignee to the checklist items (ie. who would be responsible to action these tasks once the checklist is generated).

 

To set defaults:

  1. Go to Checklist menu item
  2. Click on Templates tab
  3. Click Create checklist template button or else Edit an existing checklist
  4. Click Edit on each checklist item
  5. Set the relevant assignee: Owner, Subject, or a specific person within the company

When creating a new checklist, the assignee of the checklist items will then be automatically assigned to the defaults you have selected in the template.
