Setting up the work locations

If your employees need to punch in for work (be it via the online punch clock or the physical punch clock), you might want to set up work locations to enable Talexio to identify from where employees punch in. 


To set up a stand by shift, you will require the Manage Time and Attendance Settings permission set on global.


Set up

To set up the work locations:

  1. Go to Time & Attendance section
  2. Click on Work Locations
  3. Click Add new location
  4. Fill out the details
  5. Click save

You will need to select a colour per location in the event that you would like to view the Work Schedule as colour coded by work location rather than shift type.


Should you have more than one work location, click Add new location again, to add another location.
