Overview
If you are using Talexio HR and have the Time & Attendance Module enabled, any clockings from your devices will be automatically synced into your Talexio account and you may manage these time logs on the software itself.
How to Export Clockings
If you have access to your company's Cloud Device Manager (CDM), you will be able to export your company's clockings from the CDM by following these steps:
- Go to the Transactions page
- Set any filters such as date range, employee name, department or device if you would like to export specific date
- Click on Exports and select one from the follow three options:
- Grouped Transactions Export - this will give you a report of the clockings with one row per clock in and out grouped together.
- Raw Transactions Export - this will give you a report with one row for each action (clock in or clock out) to be used to bulk upload the raw data clockings to Talexio.
- Swipes Format Export - this is similar to the previous export, with the difference that this report groups the actions as date and type (1 being clock in, 2 being clock out).
- Each of these exports will be generated as a CSV file.
