Overview
From the Working Schedule in the Time & Attendance section, there are a number of reports that can be generated. This article provides further information on how these can be generated and the information contained within each one.
Permissions
To generate Standard Time & Attendance reports, you will need the Manage or View T&A Working Schedule permission.
To generate Cost Forecast reports, you will need the Manage or View T&A Working Schedule permission and the View Salary & Benefits permission.
Working Schedule Reports
There are different Working Schedule Reports that can be generated. These have been grouped as:
- Standard Time & Attendance reports
- Cost Forecast reports

Standard Time & Attendance reports
From the Working Schedule, you will see Reports next to the schedule filters. More information on these reports is shown in the specific report section below.

After publishing your employees' shifts, you can export a report that gives you the breakdown of the Working Schedule information.
This are a variety of versions that can be generated, which also includes the option to download it as a Visual Report than can be shared with employees.
The options available are an overall report that provides the information of the Working Schedule shift information in a pdf or xlsx format.
The Visual Report provides the same information but in a format that can be shared with employees, either in print or digitally, so they are aware of what their shifts for the period will be. - This report is found within the Time & Attendance button of the reports.
This report is a breakdown of shift swap requests, offering insights into employee scheduling preferences. It includes request frequency, approval rates, average response times and popular swap time slots. Within the report you will find:- Number of Shift Swap Requests
- Average Hours before swap request
- Approval Rate
- Same Day Swap Rate
- Late Requests
- Most Requested Day
- Most Requested Day (Frequency)
- Most Requested Time Slot
- Most Requested Time Slot (Frequency)
- This report is found within the Time & Attendance button of the reports.
This report is an analysis of employee punctuality across organisational units, detailing shift counts, occurrences of late or early punch-ins and punch-outs, and the proportion of punctual punches, aiding in understanding attendance and time management patterns. Within the report you will find:- Total Shifts
- Absent Shifts
- Shifts with Broken Clocking
- Future Shifts
- Valid Shifts
- Early punch in (15+ mins)
- Late punch in (15+ mins)
- Punctual punch in (Within 15 mins of Work Shift)
- Early punch out (15+ mins)
- Late punch out (15+ mins)
- Punctual punch out (Within 15 mins of Work Shift)
- This report is found within the Time & Attendance button of the reports.
This report provides the total number of shifts and their attendees per department per week. - This report is found within the Time & Attendance button of the reports.

Cost Forecast reports
After generating the Working Schedule, you may generate the Cost Forecast report which will give you a breakdown of salary costs based on the schedule generated.
- Go to the Time & Attendance section
- Click on the Working Schedule tab
- Click on the number of hours listed next to an employee's avatar, the specific day or the Total in the top left corner to include all employees.
- This will show a pop up with the productive and non-productive costs. The data is split into different pages:
- From the Working Schedule generated, the Roster Summary will show per employee a breakdown of the Productive hours, Leave Hours and Working days
- The Daily Breakdown provides the Productive Hours and Cost, Leave Hours and Cost, the Public Holidays Hours and Cost and Total Cost per day for each employee.
- The Grouped by Cost Centre tab aggregates the data by Cost Centres if Cost Centres are added.
You may export this information by clicking the Export button in the dialog.
