Overview

The Company Resources feature offers a centralised hub to share vital documentation like codes of conduct, culture decks, and standard templates across your organisation. 

Permissions

To manage or view company files, ensure the following permissions are configured within your system settings:

  • Manage Company Resources: Allows full access to add, edit, or delete folders and resources (including sensitive items).
  • View Company Resources: Allows read-only access to standard resources.
  • View Sensitive Company Resources: Allows read-only access to resources flagged as sensitive.

Creating Company Resources

Prior to adding specific files, you must establish an underlying folder category to maintain a clean layout.

If your system uses multiple Business Units, assigning a resource to the main Root Company makes it visible across all child companies. Ensure you select the specific target branch if the documentation must remain restricted to a single entity.

To create a folder:

  1. Navigate to the Resources section.
  2. Click the + Add folder button.
  3. Type the folder name into the field and save.

To add a Company Resource file:

  1. Click the + Add Resource button to open the form.
  2. Fill out the details and upload your attachment.
  3. Select the destination folder from your created categories.
  4. Select the target Business Unit from the dropdown menu to segregate file visibility by legal entity (or leave as Root Company for cross-entity files).
  5. Tick the sensitive checkbox to restrict access solely to team members holding the View Sensitive Company Resources permission.

Searching for Resources

The integrated search function scans directly within stored files, helping you locate exact keywords instantly without manual file browsing. Match indicators display the exact number of internal keyword occurrences beneath the respective file name.
