Once you've scheduled attendees, you may re-schedule a training session for one or more employees who have not attended the session, or have rejected the training invitation.
1. Go to the relevant training course
2. Select the training session which needs to be re-scheduled for one or more employees
3. Select the relevant employees by ticking the checkbox on the left hand side
4. Click the RESCHEDULE button
5. Choose the next available or relevant session for your employees
Employees will receive an email with the new information, and they will be required to Accept or Reject the training invitation. Once they accept the training invitation, they may also add this information to their Google or Outlook calendars.
