Overview
The Job Evaluation tab within Pay Management provides an objective, data-driven framework to assess, score, and categorise job roles across your organisation. By establishing transparent evaluation criteria and weightings, this feature ensures internal pay equity, helps eliminate bias, and supports alignment with structural fair compensation initiatives.
Permissions
To approve Job Evaluation Submissions, you will need the permission Approve Evaluations which can only be assigned at Global level.
Locating and Approving Submissions
- Navigate to Pay Management > Pay equity > Job evaluation.
- Click Continue evaluation and select the Job scoring tab.
- Filter the Status field label by Needs Approval to display pending entries.
- Click Review on the evaluation you want to action.
- Verify the initial evaluation parameters, submitter data, and initial overall score within the pop-up modal.
- Click Approve & Publish to finalize the evaluation if you agree with the submission.
- Amend individual scores by choosing an alternative rating for any subfactor, then click Approve & Publish.
Re-evaluating an Approved Job Evaluation
- Navigate to Pay Management > Pay equity > Job evaluation.
- Click Continue evaluation and select the Job scoring tab.
- Filter the Status field label by Published.
- Click the three-dot menu item on the specific record and select Re-evaluate.
- Make the required score modifications and click Save & Publish.
