Overview
The Job Evaluation Settings Report provides a comprehensive export of your organisation's job evaluation framework and results. At any point during the evaluation process, whether working through Criteria, Job Scoring, or Categories, users can generate an export containing full visibility into factors, scoring metrics, position ratings, and category assignments.
Permissions
To view and export the Job Evaluation Settings Report, users must have the Manage Pay Equity or Approve Evaluations permission.
Exporting the Job Evaluation Report
You can export the report directly from the top navigation bar of the Job Evaluation module at any stage of your evaluation progress.
- Navigate to Pay Management and select Job Evaluation.
- Locate the top-right toolbar on any evaluation step (Criteria, Job Scoring, or Categories).
- Click the Export Evaluations button.
- An Excel file (
.xlsx) containing seven detailed tabs will automatically download to your device.
Understanding the Export Report Structure
The downloaded report organises your job evaluation configuration and scoring data into seven distinct tabs. The sections below provide a detailed descriptions about the tabs.

Provides general information about the report,
Column Header Description Requested On The exact timestamp when the export request was executed. Report The report title (Job Evaluation Settings Report). Snapshot date The effective snapshot date of the exported evaluation data. -
Outlines the evaluation setup and point limits for each Business Unit.
Column Header Description Business Unit The business unit linked to the criteria. Max Score Points The total maximum points achievable in this business unit's evaluation framework. Factors The total count of factors configured for the business unit. Status Indicates whether the criteria set is currently Published or Draft. -
Details the primary evaluation factors, descriptions, and weight distribution per Business Unit.
Column Header Description Business Unit The business unit linked with the factor. Factor Name The category used to judge how a job is valued in the company (ex: Skills, Responsibility, Effort, or Working conditions). Factor Description Detailed explanation defining the scope of the main factor. Weight The percentage importance a job criterion has in the total job score. Points The maximum points allocated to this factor based on its weight. -
Breaks down main factors into granular sub-criteria, rating scales, and criteria questions.
Column Header Description Business Unit The business unit linked to the sub-factor. Parent Factor The parent main factor under which the sub-factor is nested. Sub Factor Name The specific sub-factor identifier. Sub Factor Description Additional background details defining the sub-factor requirements. Weight The weight proportion allocated to this sub-factor. Points Maximum point potential calculated for this sub-factor. Evaluation question The specific prompt presented to reviewers during evaluation. Rating Type The scoring scale used (e.g., 1-5 scale). Scale point descriptions Definitions for each tier/point along the selection scale, if configured. -
Summaries job scoring results, assigned categories, and review statuses for each position.
Column Header Description Position The specific position title being evaluated. Business Unit The business unit associated with the evaluated position. Departments List of departments linked to this job position. Employees Total count of active employees occupying this position. Pay Data Indicates whether pay/compensation data is linked to the evaluation entry. Score The total score achieved across all evaluation sub-factors. Category The category band assigned based on total score. Comments Number of reviewer notes or comments attached to this position's evaluation. Evaluated On The date on which the evaluation was completed. Status Current status of the evaluation (e.g., Pending, Evaluated, Reviewed). -
Summaries the individual evaluation questions, rating, weight and awarded points for every position.
Column Header Description Position The position title being reviewed. Business Unit / Parent Factor / Sub Factor Name Identifiers indicating which criteria question is being scored. Evaluation question The question prompt presented to the evaluator. Rating Type & Rating Given The scale type and the numeric score value selected by the evaluator. Rating Description Definitions for each tier/point along the selection scale, if configured. Weight & Points Available The scoring capacity assigned to this specific question item. Points Awarded The final points earned for this question. Answered On / Evaluated On Timestamps tracking when individual answers and evaluations were completed. Status Completion state of the individual evaluation row. -
Defines the categories used to define your pay structures
Column Header Description Business Unit The business unit associated with the category band setup. Category Name The display label of the category Category Code The internal administrative code assigned to the category. Score From The minimum evaluation score required to enter this category band. Score To The maximum evaluation score ceiling for this category band. Reasoning Notes or rationale documenting why this grade boundary was established. Positions Total count of evaluated positions that currently fall into this category range.
