Overview
In order to handle your requests and queries quicker, Talexio has launched its own chat function.
Each page on Talexio includes a chat function on the top right hand side of your screen:
Clicking on it will bring up a chat on the bottom right hand side:

You may select 'Need help? Chat with us' and get in touch with one of our agents. Type your query/request in the chat, and one of our agents will reply as soon as possible. Please note that this function is available during office hours.
A list of suggestions will appear on the chat in line with the section you are on. For example, if you are in the leave section and access the chat function, a list of suggestions related to leave will come up.

For requests that are not urgent or require technical assessment or more detailed investigation, submitting a support ticket might be an option. Go to 'Submit a Ticket' from the HELP & LIVE CHAT. Fill in the required fields, including a detailed description of the issue. Upload any relevant screenshots or documents. Click Submit, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.

You can make use of this section to make training requests. Fill in the necessary details as could be found in the image below, and one of our support agents will be able to get back to you to schedule the training.

Our Help Center offers detailed articles on various features on Talexio. Click on the Help Center tab from HELP & LIVE CHAT. Use the search bar to find articles related to your question or topic.
