Your account has been created by a System Administrator within your organisation. These System Administrators are your first point of contact when you have questions about the system. Of course, we are here to help where needed.
When your account was created, you will also be given "Permissions". These are rights given to you by your System Administrator, to be able to see and do specific actions.
Accessing your Account

Step 1 of 3
When your profile has been created by your System Administrator, they will send you an email to invite you use the system. The email address this invitation is sent to, is the one you will use to log into Talexio. Click on Activate your account to create the password you will use to access your Talexio account. -
Step 2 of 3

Requesting Leave
-
Step 1 of 5
Requesting Leave is a very simple process on Talexio. On your account, your administrator has added you Leave Entitlements. From that balance you can request leave. The simplest way for you to request leave, is select + Book Leave from one of the 2 locations on your Dashboard. -
Step 2 of 5
This will open your Leave Request dialog for you to add the details of your leave.
-
Step 3 of 5
After completing those details and clicking Add Leave you will see a confirmation dialog to confirm all the details are correct or add more leave dates.
-
Step 4 of 5
When you click Book Leave, the request will then be sent to an approver, someone who has been given permission to grant or deny your leave request. You will see a message on the screen to confirm this.
-
Step 5 of 5
Your Leave Requests will be shown on your dashboard, with the statuses of either "Pending Approval" or "Approved". When the request is approved, you balance will be deducted automatically.
Now you are ready to use your Talexio account. Feel free to explore the other areas available to you through you permissions. Should you need any information on different areas of the Talexio, you can refer to your System Administrator or refer to our Help Centre articles for guidance.
