Scheduling an interview

To schedule an interview with a candidate:

  1. Go to the Candidates page and find the relevant candidate by using the search bar mceclip0.png
  2. Once on the profile, go to the Interview pod, and click on the red plus side to add a new interview mceclip1.png
  3. Select the Interviewers from the drop down list or add an External contact. Add the date, time, duration, type and location. You may add a google map link and attach the candidate's CV to the email invitation. mceclip2.png
  4. On clicking Schedule an email invite will be sent out to all attendees, also including a calendar invite.
