In order to complete this task a USB stick is required
Note: If you are using Talexio HR and have the Time & Attendance Module enabled, any clockings from your devices will be automatically synced into your Talexio account and you may manage these time logs on the software itself.
Insert the USB stick in your clocking device
Press on the menu icon on your clocking device and locate the “USB Manager” and click OK
Click on “Download”
Select “Attendance Data”
Select the range of the clockings and press OK
When complete, the screen will update accordingly
Connect the USB stick to a computer and locate the file
Open the file to view and confirm clockings
