Installing the Talexio shortcut on Desktops and Mobile devices

Overview

If you want to avoid typing in your company's Talexio domain each time you want to log in, you may install the Talexio shortcut onto your Desktop or Mobile devices. 

• Follow the steps below to add the Talexio shortcut to your Android device:
  
  
  1. Open Google Chrome on your device and access your Talexio account
  2. When logged in, a prompt will appear at the top of your screen "Install the Talexio app"
     
     
     
     
  3. Follow the instructions on your screen to install the app.
     
     
     
     
  4. When complete, the Talexio logo will appear on your screen.
     
     
     
     
• Follow the steps below to add the Talexio shortcut to your iOS device
  
  
  1. Launch Safari on your device and access your Talexio account

  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing upwards).
     
     
     
     

  3. Locate the Add to Home Screen option. (If you don't see the action, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions.
     
     
     
     
  4. Then tap Add next to the Add to Home Screen action.
     
     
     
     
  5. When complete, the Talexio logo will appear on your screen
     
     
     
     
• Follow the steps below to add the Talexio shortcut to Desktop
  
  
  1. Open your browser and access your Talexio account
  2. Click on the burger menu (the three dots) at the top right hand corner of your screen, select  More tools and select Create shortcut
     
     
     
     
  3. Alternatively, you may select Install Talexio HR (this will give you the same result)
     
     
     
     
  4. A new shortcut will be added to your desktop
     
     

     You can click on 'Remember me for 30 days' if you want to avoid logging in each time.
