Through the introduction of the Performance management module, users can create and assign performance reviews for managers, colleagues, and themselves to undertake.
The first tab in this section - Reviews - is where the performance reviews are actioned.
Any reviews set up in the Automation strategies tab for which you are a reviewer, will show up on this screen. You will also receive an email to review. A follow up email will be sent three days before the review is due:
To review, click on the review icon:
Here, you will need to rate the reviewee according to the criteria set inside the review.
NOTE: Unless you are the reviewee's manager or have the permission Manage Performance Reviews, you will only be able to see your own review score. Once the review has been finalised, all other scores will become available to view.
The more stars you award, the higher the score. You may also post an optional comment.
Next save the review. The review is finalised when it is published. Please note that only a manager may publish a review.
In addition to the reviews generated by the automation strategies, you may also add an ad-hoc review. To do so, click on Start an ad-hoc review:
Here, you will be required to selected the reviewee(s) and reviewer(s), as well as the criteria. Click create review. The relevant employees will receive an email with notification of the reviews they need to complete. They will also receive reminders:
