Daily leave emails are emails sent to current employees on your system (whose work email address field has been filled in) notifying them of any employees on leave on the day. These emails can be switched on from the settings page using the instructions here.
However, these emails will also be sent to employees who are set up as Third party contractors. If you want to exclude such employees from receiving these emails, follow the steps below.
You will need the Manage Client Settings permission to enable/disable this setting. Please note that this needs to be set on global.
All you need to do is go to the Client Settings tab in the Settings section and scroll down to the Email field. If the Daily Leave Email times are set up, you will see a field titled Exclude Contractors From Daily Leave Emails. If you switch it on, third party contractors will not receive the daily leave emails.
