Device offline notification

Overview

Device offline notifications will notify talexio users via email when a punch clock has been offline for more than 30 minutes. An email address is required per device and a notification is only sent once.

How to set up notifications

Log in to your CDM account.

Note: Log-in credentials are given directly from our support team, kindly get in touch should you require them.

Go to "Devices" and click on the device serial number to open the device settings dialog.

A field will be available titled "Notification email", insert an active email address and click "Save changes".

Note: The above steps are required for each active device.

What the email looks like

The device name is included in order to be identified easier.
