Overview

With the free Talexio Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will be able to manage your recruitment lifecycle using an automated and easy to-use-system. Create and publish your vacancies directly to jobsinmalta and control your applicants' selection process from the ATS system to get the right candidate. 

 

Creating an Employer Account

  1. Click on the following link to be redirected to the registration portalPNG1.jpg
    • Fill out your personal and company details✍️
  2. Accept the Talexio Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click on Continue with Talexio.
  3. Set up your Talexio domain. This will be the link (URL) 🔗 your organization will use to log in and access your Talexio account. It is recommended to include your company name
  4. Click on Continue
  5. A "Review Agreement" window will appear. This agreement outlines the terms between Talexio and you as the user of the services. Please read the content and click "Agree and Create Account" to continue.Review Agreement.jpg

  6. An email will be sent to your email address 📧. Click the link in the email to confirm your address and activate your account. If you do not receive the email, you can "Resend the Email" or "Change" the email address if it is incorrect.Account Registration.jpg

  7. Go to your inbox and click on "Set Password" 🔑 to be redirectedAccount Registration Email.jpg

  8. You can set up your password and access your ATS accountActivate your Account.jpg

  9. After setting up your password, insert your login details and click "Login"Logging In.jpg
