Overview
Throughout the recruitment process, a user may need to send an email to a candidate. This can be done directly from the platform. The following article and video provide a step-by-step guide on how to send an email to a candidate.
Sending an Email to a Candidate
To send an email to a candidate:
- Go to the Candidate’s section
- Click on the email icon đź“§ at the end of the row.
- A popup with the content of the email will appear.
- You can create the content of the email from scratch or select an email template from the dropdown option. These templates are pre-set.
- Click Send Email. A notification will show to let you know the email has been sent successfully.
Changing Application Status and Sending Emails
An email can also be sent when changing an application’s status. To send an email after changing an application status:
- Go to the Vacancy Section
- Search or click on the relevant vacancy 🔍
- Go to the Applications tab
- Click on the three down ⋮ and select “Change Applicant Status”. Select the relevant status.
- Click on “Change Status and Email”
- Select an Email Template or fill in the email content đź“§
- Click “Change Status & Send Email". A notification will show to let you know the email has been sent successfully.
