Overview
An application goes through many lifecycles, following from from person to another, with several edits and changes being made. The following article provides a step-by-step guide on how to view all the changes and actions made on a candidate's application.
To see an applicant's "Status history" for a specific vacancy, follow these steps:
- Go to the Candidates Section
- Select the relevant applicant
- Go to the "Applications" tab
- Click on the three dots at the end of the Vacancy and select "Status History"
- A window will appear displaying the application status records, including the date and time of each change.
